A couple of things to add: 1) Do not ramble with your responses. Keep your answers concise and complete. 2) Avoid not asking what the next step in the process is. When the interview is over, identify the next step in the process to control expectations and keep things moving forward. 3) Do not make the mistake of not following up after your interview. Grab a business card from everyone in the panel, or the individual, to properly follow up with them with a thank you note. Spell their name, title and company name correctly. Good tips!
