Videos, if shot beautifully, goes viral. We all know that, and we all have seen many videos going viral. And now it appears that big corporate are also waking up to this reality. At least, the recent list of top 10 viral videos for June 2010 compiled by goviral, a video content distribution agency, suggests so. According to goviral, 6 out of top 10 viral videos in June were product videos shot by professional agencies.
This is an interesting change. Is it just a one-off event, or does it indicate something? Are big companies are waking up to the fact that viral videos grabs eye balls? If this trend will catch up, the viral video scene will also get littered with useless product advertisement, which I personally will not like. But, people at large appears to like this trend; that is why 7 product ads made their way into top 10 viral videos in June 2010.
